Location, excellent fjord view from a big window, parking space, helpfully staff. Do not make the mistake to book a room in this hotel without view to the fjord!

It is all about the views of the Geiranger Fjord, half way down the views are stunning. Dinner and breakfast were great.

Excellent Hotel in a supreme location , looking down onto the small village of Geiranger and the Geiranger Fjord. The Hotel is five minutes from Geiranger and its elevated position provides unspoilt views of the Fjord. Very welcoming staff , and the food is excellent. Parking is private on the Hotel grounds and they welcome Motocycle travel with open arms. Great location for Geiranger, Dalsnibba viewpoint , the famous Fjord and the Trollstigan Pass.

Views to die for from the lounge and dining room. Breakfast and dinner were high quality as was the service. The room was fine with a very comfortable bed.Very quiet from other rooms and traffic.

Convenient parking. Wonderful view down the fjord from our room (must request this). Great restaurant (all meals available). Ambience of hotel in general. Friendly and helpful staff. High standard of maintenance and presentation.

The view, the room, the food were all excellent. Breakfast was well stocked and I liked having access to coffee in the lobby. The room itself had such an incredible view.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous views with great walks and Geiranger town very close. The staff were most helpful and attentive and everything was a very high standard, delicious meals and extremely comfortable rooms and lounge/bar area.

A wonderful stay at an historic hotel, venue just out of this world. From arrival until departure, staff were faboulous. The Front Man with a pleasant Danish accent was great 🙏 Both dinner and breakfast was high standard and tasty, good choice. Got my car recharged at the property to. The view is unbeatable. Very comfortable beds, great shower, lovely staff. And the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices

Every employee were very friendly and were enthusiastic to tell about the useful information in Geiranger. Also facility was so good that I didn’t even recognized that the hotel is more than 100years old! Breakfast was also great! Want to re-visit next time I visit Geiranger.
