“Real relaxing wellness”

The staff was extremelly kind and helpful. The wellness was located at the room which was coinvient taking as consideration that we went in the end of December.

This was our third time staying in the Zevenslaper suite. We always enjoy coming back here. The staff are warm and welcoming, the room is delightful, the sauna is wonderful, and the breakfast is delicious.

It’s a refurbished property. Absolutely stunning. Area away from traffic and noises. You will walk through a wooden gate and you will find yourself in a courtyard with a central fountain running. At the back there is the owner residence and in the left the rooms. The room was clean with a large and comfortable bed, a soft bench, fire place running, mini bar fridge with wine and bubbles, loo in the room separate from the gorgeous jacuzzi, sauna and rain shower. The owner will give you some eucalyptus liquid to use in the sauna. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic. You will be seated in the homestead dining room surrounded by exquisite pieces of furniture and pictures on the walls recalling the function of the room. The collection of beautiful vintage plates you will have breakfast served in is very lovely. A quite a various collection of vintage pieces around to observe and enjoy if that is your thing. Definitely ours.

“A great escape, hope to visit again”

A lovely overnight escape from our 3 young children. Large, clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, good food, comfy bed, cycles available for free, room with tourist maps etc. We booked one of the sauna rooms which was fabulous. We used the cycles to go 2km to the local village (all along a flat cycle path) for our evening meal at restaurant Halte22 (this restaurant was much better than its website suggested, we recommended booking, because it was packed).

People who run the place are very nice, kind and helped us with everything. Amazing breakfast! And I liked that we were encouraged to take with us what we haven’t finished to eat later, because the food was great and it should not be wasted. The place itself is very warm and cosy, and had everything we needed. And it’s located in a very quiet area, no noise has bothered us neither at night and during the day.

Very clean, spacious and comfy. Breakfast has been plenty and really, really delicious. The host also has been very lovely and attentive.

Very personable hosts. Offered a fabulous breakfast. Most comfortable room and bed. Used property as a convenient stopover through Europe but would happily book a longer stay next time.

We enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay here. The pool is a lovely attraction, especially for our kids. Breakfast is exceptional - a wide assortment of fresh and homemade food, including an invitation to make a sandwich for lunch. Everybody is extremely generous and welcoming - and we had a good meal too in the nearby village. We would certainly come back!

It’s close to the nature and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The wellness is superb. They offered huge variety of food for breakfast and you can have some takeout from the leftovers for lunch pack.
