Location was good for what we were there for and the staff friendly and tried to help where possible with any complaints. Was very clean and reasonably comfortable. Shower was very good.

Almost empty this time of year Easy to enter and exit Next to Barwon River and lovely walking trails Close to Belmont where there is good variety of shops and cafes and restaurants
