“Tastefully renovated cottage”

It was a delight to spend a few nights in this truly beautifully renovated cottage. Everything was spotlessly clean both inside and out. All new amenities, very comfy bedding in all bedrooms. Well-equipped and bright small kitchen and a very pleasant tv room. Delightful outdoor are for relaxing or entertaining. Location close to both town centre and Pakington St. You will love it too!

We were very impressed with the home it has been so well maintained and renovated in a style that maintains the integrity of the time the house was built but with all the luxuries of a new home. With added extra touches like the bath robes and complementary goodie’s in the fridge.

We have stayed at this property twice and love its ‘old world’ charm. The facilities (especially the air con on two 40plus degrees days!) provided both comfort and luxury. We appreciated the complimentary food items which were left for us to use - thank you! It was especially ideal for my adult sons who are neurodivergent and need their own space which has internet and their own television (in 2 out of 3 bedrooms)!

Location and luxe feel

Position was great and was close to cafe and shops. the character was good and in keeping with era of the house. and goodies left for us appreciated.

One of the cleanest most luxurios properties I have been to. Everything is good quality with lots of thoughtful touchez such as wine and snacks in the fridge. Shops jus 300meters away. Thank you Raylene, it was a beautiful place and i would thoroughly recommened 10 out of 10

Decor was stylish and home beautifully presented. Lovely to have a bottle of bubbles and goodies in the fridge on arrival. Super-comfortable and inviting - perfect for 2 couples. Garden well-maintained and attrctive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, especially with the thoughtful gift basket waiting for us, which was such a lovely touch. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. An easy stroll to Packington Street and so close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The bedrooms were spacious, with super comfy beds, and the kitchen was well-equipped and functional, making it easy to prep items during our stay. Fabulous styling throughout the home and the main bathroom was a real highlight, with a fabulous bath, great shower, and excellent water pressure, just what you want after a day out exploring. The guest robes were an added treat! We also loved spending time on the outdoor deck, a great spot to unwind with a drink or enjoy a quiet morning coffee. Host was super responsive. All in all, a fantastic stay—we’ll definitely be back!
