What an amazing hotel,we stayed only one night and booked the superior suite with the river view.It was worth it,we felt we are in the heart of the old town. Definitely will be coming back. Hotel itself is excellent,very clean, great facilities. We enjoyed every minute.

“Great location, clean, but could be better”
Location is great, but if you are on the service street behind the waterfront, then it is noisy 24/7 with people or deliveries, so you have to pick an open window at night, or very strong ‘air freshener’

“Great hotel”
The hotel is central and within easy walking distance of the sites. We arrived by train and it cost £4 for a taxi to the hotel using Bolt. The hotel has cold water dispensers on each floor.

“Exceptional Gdansk hotel that ticks every box!”
From the friendly and helpful staff to the view of the waterfront and city and comfortable room, this was the best hotel we've stayed at of 15 during our trip. A particularly nice touch was the handwritten welcome card and drinks from Olga (you have lovely handwriting, Olga!) that had been placed in our room. A simple gesture, but one that makes guests feel special. Well done, Radisson! Your hotels are consistently reliable, comfortable and welcoming, and this one is no exception. You're building brand loyalty by being very good at what you do. 😊

“Lovely hotel, would return.”
The hotel was brilliant! It was centrally located to everything you could need in Gdansk. The staff were all very friendly, the room was large and immactulate. We upgraded our room for access to the spa, it was well worht the extra money, the spa area was nice and clean.
