Slap bang in the centre of awesome Gdansk. Very nice decor, very nice shower and comfortable bed and nice TV. Even the rooftop bar was nice. All in all an excellent hotel, in an excellent city

Breakfast is great, location is fantastic, hotel overall is really good the only thing i want complain about they should add few english stations to tv for example newsstation not the ones they have wich are crap

“Excellent!”

We absolutely love this hotel. One of our favorite features is the city view from the glass lift :) The rooms create a peaceful atmosphere. We especially appreciate being able to adjust the lighting exactly the way we like it, thanks to the tablet-controlled room features. The beds are comfortable, and the whole hotel has a wonderful fresh and clean scent. We are big fans of Puro hotels :) Ps. The restaurant serves excellent food! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Would prefer tea and coffee in room. Not happy about next door they went out and left 2 dogs in the room. I complained to reception and was told it was a dog friendly hotel. We dont disagree with the dogs its the owners. It was only for one night then they must have left. We were offered a different room but they dog owners should have been asked to move.

“Modern hotel located perfectly for exploring the city”

I have previously stayed on the Main Street in old town and found that too noisy, so this location on Granary island was perfect. Close to all restaurants, sights and amenities, perfect walking location and quiet. Modern design, clean and with spa, gym and sauna facilities. Free coffee in the lobby, with bar and restaurant facilities. My room was located on the first floor facing into the middle of hotel. I couldn’t keep my curtains open as the net curtains did not offer enough privacy as people looking up from the coffee bar or reception could see into the room. I used the sauna facilities, I locked my belongings in the locker which didn’t work and I ended up having to walk to reception in a towel. They sorted the problem but there really should be staff on the spa reception to avoid situations like this.
