Beautiful apartment in a great location. Comfortable,clean and well equipped. Walking distance to all sights and a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

“OK”
Best of all – the location. Close to restaurants, with a lovely view of the river and marina. Overall, I was happy with the stay. The apartment is spacious and airy – with just three of us staying in a place meant for six, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and not feel on top of each other.

It’s really unreasonable that the municipality doesn’t provide the location information online before you make the tax payment. It’s a waste of time, and you can’t even pay at the desk. Also, the place where you pick up the key is quite far (15 minutes Walk )from the actual hotel. You have to go there first, which is very inconvenient.

“Disappointing Experience Due to Strict Check-in Policy and Bad Customer Service.”
The property enforces a strict check-in window between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and the keys need to be collected from a different location, details not clearly disclosed during booking. I was denied the request to check in later despite the advertised 24-hour front desk. Attempts to resolve this over five days were unsuccessful, and my request for a refund for the first night was denied. Additionally, a last-minute key collection option in a lockbox was offered too late to be of use. This was offered at 7pm on the day of the booking after I was forced to make other arrangements. This experience was unprofessional and disrupted my holiday plans. Awful customer service and Booking Customer Support were useless as well. Really felt like I was taking to a wall.
