“Feels like home”

I came to Andros for a peaceful retreat with my friend, and Jason and Maria’s home was simply perfect. Jason was there to pick us up from the boat and bring us to the property, which already set the tone for the stay. Upon arrival, everything was spotless, cosy, and beautifully prepared. We could not wait to unpack and settle in. The accommodation is a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen that offers far more than the basic minimum. You can actually cook proper meals and breakfasts there, which immediately makes the place feel like a real home rather than temporary accommodation. Jason had thoughtfully prepared all the essentials for our comfort — coffee, water, honey, olive oil and more — while Maria’s touch could be felt everywhere, especially in the bathroom where every little necessity had been carefully provided. The beds and sheets are of excellent quality for restful sleep, the inverter air conditioning works perfectly, and the lighting throughout the apartment allows you to create exactly the atmosphere you want at any time of day. There is also a hidden private terrace ideal for quiet one-to-one meals, as well as the main terrace where you can sit, enjoy the surroundings, and imagine how wonderful it would be to own a house just like this one. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was Jason and Maria themselves. They are incredibly discreet yet attentive hosts, with a rare ability to sense whether you wish to be completely on your own while still being quietly cared for, or whether you feel like sharing a warm conversation. Maria surprised us with warm homemade bread straight from the oven in the morning, fresh eggs, vegetables from the garden, honey and many other generous attentions. They never expected anything in return. We happily bought some of their products simply because the quality and generosity deserved it. I have rarely felt so naturally and effortlessly at home while travelling. We left Andros feeling deeply rested

We enjoyed the warm and friendly welcome of Maria and Jason. They always immidiately helped us with our questions and were always reachable. Thanks for your recommendations, which were perfect for us. We loved the fresh blinis and the homemade bread and the fresh eggs. We would like to thank for the uncomplicated gesture to welcome 2 more daughters of mine for a few days. When we come back to Andros, than we come back to Maria and Jason.

“Peaceful and beautiful stay”

We were given a warm welcome by Jason on arrival. The accommodation is really lovely and in a great location for seeing the island. I’d say you do need a car to get around. It’s a 3-4 minute drive to Fellos beach which is undeveloped and very quiet and peaceful. We ended up returning there rather than driving further afield. The accommodation had everything we needed and Jason was very kind lending us beach chairs and umbrellas. Sunsets were very special and gorgeous views from the house.

this was an unforgettable experience. The service, the location, the place were amazing. The interior decoration of the traditional stone house had a unique feature : stone roof supported by wooden beams! The furniture and the kitchen were modern and beautiful . Super comfy beds. Rating it with 10, it was just not enough! The host baked for us traditional lavash georgian bread

“comfortable, spacious, quiet”

The apartment is absolutely perfect: comfortable, spacious, incredibly quiet. The view is amazing, everything you need is provided, be it in the kitchen or the bathroom. One of the most wonderful places I have ever been for a relaxing holiday. All the most beautiful beaches of Andros are close. The hosts Jason and Maria are very helpful and are always there for you if you need advice.

The most relaxing little house one can imagine. And the hosts are just wonderful, easy going and super helpful.

Perfect location for our stay in lovely Andros island with amazing view. Communication with Jason was wonderful. He helped us a lot to find perfect beach in windy days. He gave us homemade bread which was delicious. We had lovely time there and would recommend it to everybody who wants to stay in quiet location and explore the island.

A perfectly equiped traditional flat at a very quite and isolated spot in Fellos area with a great sea view even from your bed.We loved this place and this side of island was the best.

Absolutely magical! Stunning character property and Jason is a fantastic host ☺ We were given a very warm welcome by Jason and Maria and were made to feel at home straight away. The accommodation was wonderful, exceptionally clean and quiet. The peaceful location was perfect for us, less than 10 minutes to the port of Gavrio by car where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to chose from. The beds were comfortable, brilliant air con and plenty of hot water in the shower. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven and a massive fridge freezer which was kindly stocked with bread, butter, milk and other essentials to welcome us. Plenty of outside areas to sit, eat and drink whilst admiring the gorgeous view out to the sea. Jason was an amazing host, was extremely helpful throughout our stay, gave us lots of recommendations and even let us stay longer as our ferry was changed to a much later one. 5 stars Jason! On our first night Maria brought us fresh home baked bread and the next evening she brought blinis for us, very much like scotch pancakes and absolutely delicious. We stayed at Spiti Anita for 7 nights and didn't want to leave, if you're planning a stay on Andros we can VERY highly recommend staying here!

“Everything we wanted”

The property is really beautiful and very tastefully presented. Beds are comfy, there were nice products in the bathroom as well as medical kit. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a blender. The location is really great, easy to get to Gavrio by car / taxi etc and if you don’t have transport Fellos beach is very nice and a 20 min walk plus very good taverna Andreas is close. Jason was very helpful, very accommodating and a cool dude. Will definetly stay here again when we come to Andros. I imagine this is also a great place for an artist or writer to stay during a winter if you need somewhere to hide away and work. Plenty of out door plugs too if you want to sit at the table with your laptop and a nice view.
