“Excellent Stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, the bed was comfortable and it was very well equipped for self catering. It was only 5mins from Gavrio in the car, ideal for supplies or eating out. The huge patio was ideal for sunbathing or for a beach, nearby Fellos was our favourite. Georgia's lovely parents live on site and made sure we were happy with everything.

The views from our room and the terrace were beautiful. Access to a small beach directly underneath the apartment. The very tasteful style of the building. The private parking. Easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants (with a car).

An absolute Gem! A beautifully looked after little property. The views from the terrace over the harbour and the passing ferries were worth the rental alone. The small private beach was an unexpected treat. The owners were so friendly and helpful! The ability to walk to town along the beach in 20 minutes was an added bonus.

The host, Georgia, was really interested in our well-being and her parents, who live on site, are very nice. We would definitely go there again. The studio was excellent with a great view of the bay and of Gavrio. Access to a small but practically private beach. The studio (little house really) has windows on each side so there was no need to use air conditioning. There is space to sit outside and enjoy the view.

“Beautiful scenery and location, if a little remote”

The host was so helpful and friendly, booking taxis for us and giving advice for things to do. Thank you! The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning as well - this was the best part of the stay. The exterior was perfection. The bed was also very comfortable, and the AC and refrigerator were wonderful. You can walk into town via the main road, which is about 2 miles. We also found a beach a half mile walk away where no one else was throughout the duration of our stay. This beach was larger than the 'private' beach attached the property and really quite nice.

Very friendly people always eager to help. A plethora of appliances available, I.e. coffee machine, induction hot plate and a lot of small packages of jam, coffee etc. The view is amazing, you can see and hear the ferries coming and leaving from the port. It is quiet enough such that you can hear the waves even though you are very high on the hill. Private parking is great. The room was cleaned frequently. They also had very friendly cats! The owner was also happy to provide recommendations for food and activities across Andros.

The owners, Georgia, Iannis and Maria are beautiful people and gave us a warm welcome! The place is fantastic, with a private beach and a beautiful view at the Harbour. We will certainly return to this island, this appartement and to these lovely people.

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts! There is a beautiful view from the terrace, the house was clean and tidy, the entire area around the house is nicely designed and made, a perfect place to relax. Absolutely generous and kind hosts, caring about the guests' comfort, giving many recommendations and willing to help.

Situated on a beautiful position high above the harbour entrance with ferries passing by at almost touching distance. Good bed, kitchen, washing machine and air conditioning. Gavrio is a pleasant town with all facilities. Andros island is a beautiful place with a reliable bus service for getting around. The property is at walking distance from town along the beach and a very steep road. We swam most days even when it was windy. Georgia arranged taxis for us when we arrived and departed.

“Lovely place”

Located just across from Gavrio port, up on the hill, overlooking the port. It is about 5 minutes drive to Gavrio and 15-20 minutes drive to Batsi which is the most vibrant and lively place on the island. There is about 1 km of earth road that you have to drive to get to the place, but keep in mind that driving around in Andros is quite challenging as most photogenic destinations require driving in earth roads. Clean apartment, with frequent cleaning (about every 2-3 days). All amenities for a longer stay including washing machine. Good communication with owners, whatever issues we had there was immediate solution.

Lovely room with incredibly great view of the bay of Gavrio. It takes only a short and beautiful walk across the beach to Gavrio (about 15 minutes) to the restaurants and stores. In this accommodation you do not just book a room and a bed, but you are given a high level of incredible hospitality. During the stay we were taken care of all around by the hosting family. We had our wedding on Andros and the family did an incredible job of supporting us before, during and after our special day - whether it was picking up and dropping off the ferry, storing and ironing the wedding dress, organizing shuttles and cabs for the other guests, doing laundry, and so much more. We will be back :)

Super location and even greater hosts. Georgia, Giannis and Maria will do everything in their power do make your vacation memorable. They provide lots of info about the island, places to visit and restaurants, helped us rent bikes and also can help to rent a car and they are super friendly and we enjoyed every conversation we had with them. If you are looking for a quiet location, where you can relax and enjoy your vacation plus an amazing view, this is the place for you.

“A WONDERFUL STAY”

I spent a wonderful stay at property, helped and assisted as never happen to me before in everything by Georgia and Popi, they gave me also all the information about bus timetable, what worth to visit on the island, a list of recommended restaurants, how to reach the places, arrange the taxi when I needed, etc.. Just ask and they will do their best to help you have a comfortable stay. Without the car (my case) is easy to reach Gavrio walking by the beach, it takes 20’ and the property has a private beach literally few steps down. Gavrio is well connected by the bus lines so it is easy to visit the other nice villages in Andros. My apartment had a large patio on the garden and beautiful sea view, with sunbeds, table and chairs. The apartment is also equipped with beach towels, foldable small chairs and a parasol… with all these comforts I spent many days without leaving the property and just enjoy the place and relax, it is so peaceful!!
