This is a very good hotel. It's the first time I've encountered a hotel in Italy for this price that has a kettle, refrigerator, air purifier, and drinking water.

Conveniently located just 10 mins away from Serravalle Outlet in a beautiful area with crystal clear air. Very well renovated building, the room was cozy, bed was comfortable, air conditioner, water and coffee as a compliment, I can't ask for more. Spacious private parking if you travel with a car. Good restaurants in a 10 min radius.

The owner is pleasant lady who tried to be as helpful as she could. In fact, I did receive my money back in full. However, I have now received threatening messages from the owner so that a nice lady as she presented herself.

Pleasant accommodation on the way from Milan to Genoa. Clean and well-maintained room, easy key collection, easy parking. A few meters from the accommodation there is a great restaurant.

Nice property, friendly host, convenient parking! Clean, good shower, all amenities. Surprised with juice, water and some pastries as a gift from the property, moreover they have a small coffee machine and a fridge inside the room. Recommend.

It was the second time we stayed here. - it’s near outlet Serravalle - the room is big. You can find everything you need: 3 towels per person, toothbrush, slippers. Also the host gave some presents for breakfast : cookies, coffee capsules, jam.

Room very nicely put together and maintained, clean and cozy. While there was properly no breakfast included in the stay, the kind hosts make available at no cost coffee and tea in the room, plus a small basket with some biscuits and scones, which end up being tantamount a breakfast.

“Cozy, comfortable and want to come back!”
Very clean and spacious room, huge bathroom, all the towels and bed are chic! The room has coffee and sweets for breakfast! Convenient private car parking! Very very kind and friendly owners - welcomed cordially and warmly! For this price, getting such comfort is very cool! Nearby in Gavi there are wonderful traditional restaurants we dined at Ristorante Bar Il Borgo - it's a delight! The owners of the hotel are a married couple and they are wonderful people - everything is very sincere and we had a great rest - we will definitely come again!

“Very good location for shopping in outlet.”
Very good balance price-quality. The owner very kind and the rooms very clean. Even no breakfast, there is a coffee machine in the room and the host is very nice and provide with few sweets and juice.
