Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a quality bathroom. It is in a very old building so interesting. The host brought fresh pastries from the local bakers for breakfast.

Central location, a very short walk to restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed, good quality bed linens. Quirky layout, good size bathroom with plenty of hot water. A kettle and fridge access. Dog friendly. Secure parking. A trip to Castello Grinzane Cavour and Barolo.

We arrived at the property and getting in was slightly complicated. However, hosts quick to help! We loved the room with the balcony, it was very nice, however were moved as put in there accidentally !! We hadn’t booked it! Good aircon, so very comfortable temperature. Very clean. The breakfast room was very nice, a really lovely breakfast offering, delicious bread, with lots of choices. Nice boiled eggs. Easy and very tasty. Bed was comfortable and a decent bathroom with good shower. Great parking! Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful.

Beautifully located apartment right in the old town, with a charming and convenient setting. Spacious and comfortable, featuring two rooms and a large, well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need – tea, coffee, and more. Lovely bathroom, perfectly clean and tidy. Even an ironing board was provided, and there was an option to purchase wine if desired. The host kindly left us a small welcome treat, which was especially nice as we arrived late. Communication with Toni was excellent, with clear instructions on how to find and access the property. Large, secure underground parking. Through the window, we could beautifully hear the gentle murmur of the river. A Truly wonderful place – highly recommended, especially when traveling by car.

The host Toni, was very clear with instructions and so friendly and approachable the moment we met him in person too. The location was perfect and the ease of the car parking space was a bonus. Comfy bed and breakfast had a good variety with a typical Italian offering - you won't go hungry! It was exactly what we needed for the purpose of our trip. Thank you!

In the middle of the city, 5 min from bars and restaurants. Great service and easy to arrive even though we came in the middle of the night. Balcony and view from the room great. The owner very nice.

The accomodation is in the centre of Gavi. Everything is in the near. The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful seasight to the mountains and river.

Excellent location with parking in the centre of this pleasant small town. The room giving onto a large terrace was very well-equipped with the river directly below. Lots of little touches like very quiet AC. Toni's welcome.
