“Beautiful & quiet, 💯 recommendation”

The property and its surrounding amenities (garden, pool, and tennis courts) are spacious, well-maintained, and peaceful. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight is the generous terrace, which truly makes the place stand out. The beach is practically on the doorstep, the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with direct connections to Barcelona city center.

Fantastic apartment, ideal for our family of six. We were inter railing from England through France and into Spain and this was our perfect weeks rest. There is a direct bus from Barcelona to the street that the apartment is on and it was fine not to have a car for the duration of our stay. Master bedroom had a lovely ensuite and two other bedrooms and main bathroom were ideal. Balconies wrapping around the apartment were delightful and the gardens and trees were beautiful and constantly maintained by a very friendly Gardner. The kitchen had everything that we needed, oven and hob and a dishwasher. We enjoyed using the barbecue for some delicious meals too. It was fantastic to have the swimming pool and the beach is literally across the road and was never particularly busy . The tennis courts was always available which we also enjoyed using and the apartment had rackets and balls for our use. Fantastic to have the Washing machine in the apartment and plenty of drying space in the inside/outside laundry room with clothes pegs too. A really peaceful location which we all very much enjoyed. We also enjoyed evening walks down towards Castelldefels, where there are lots of choice of restaurants if you wanted to eat out. There are e-bikes very nearby, you have to have individual accounts to take one so couldn’t use them with the 4 children but my husband took one to do a bigger shop for food at the far more reasonably priced supermarket in Castelldefels (Alternatively we could have taken the bus). There is a supermarket an 8min walk from the apartment which had most things that you could want but quite expensive if you are trying to buy to make a full meal. We bought our daily baguettes🥖 and milk there though and it was safe for our young teenagers to walk there alone too.

The territory where the house is located is very nice and well maintained. We really appreciated having a tennis court on the property. The apartment is very close to the sea, which was a big plus. Although it’s quite far from a shop, it’s conveniently close to the main street and within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants. The wardrobes were spacious, and there was enough storage space for our belongings. We also really liked the towels — they were of good quality and a pleasant touch.

The house is located in a quiet residential community. Step out of the courtyard, and you’ll be greeted by the Mediterranean Sea—making the place incredibly serene, cozy, and romantic. All the furnishings and facilities in the house are in perfect condition and quite new. It’s truly a property that offers great value for money.

Location was wonderful with the sea and airport next door

Lovely cozy apartment with a huge terrace where you can relax and have a barbecue. There is a beautiful pool and magnificent pine trees on the territory. Nearby are shops, transport and an excellent restaurant. The sea is a 3-minute walk with a wide beach. Incredibly responsive owner. We were hungry and the welcome pack saved us. Come and enjoy 😉

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host kindly left us some snacks and water, and there was also coffee, tea, sugar, oil, and spices. We really enjoyed the beautiful area with the swimming pool and tennis court. Thank you very much to the host for making our stay so pleasant!

Perfectly located. Could see the sea from the balcony. The apartment had everything needed for the stay. Clean, well presented and certainly lived up to its name. The owner gave us so much information including bus routes, restaurants and general information about the area and the property. She was so helpful and I would 100% recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Gavà.
