“Hidden charges!”

When I checked in and out, the front desk staff did not mention anything about a parking fee. However, I later discovered a $30 charge on my account for parking. Had I known parking was not included, I would have chosen a different hotel, especially given that the location is not walkable to downtown. The lack of disclosure feels deliberately misleading. Additionally, the breakfast buffet pricing was not explained at all. The waitress simply led me to a table without informing me of the $22 charge for the full buffet versus the $15 continental option. I ended up being charged the higher price without even realizing there was a choice. What's worse is that I was expected to tip for a self-serve buffet just because a drink was brought to the table, again, not something I was informed about beforehand. The entire setup seems designed to quietly extract additional charges from guests without their informed consent. Also, we only got two bottles of water when we checked in, and that was it. Honestly, this isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect from Hilton based on previous stays. This was a frustrating and frankly deceitful experience, and I hope the billing and communication will be more transparent in the future!

Location is beautiful! Amenities seemed good. Food at bar was great! Staff was nice. Bed was very comfortable.

“Fantastic location with spectacular views.”

The location is fantastic and the staff are great. We stayed on the 14th floor in a mountain facing room. The views are wonderful and the sunset and sunrises are spectacular. We also saw 3 bears strolling through the grounds!

As Always the view us incredible. Staff was exceptional nice. The gentleman who checked us in was the friendliest I have every come across. Can not remember his name, but the park vista should employ more like him

Beautiful view from my room! Friendly staff! The kids loved the pool and slide. Trolly to town was fantastic!

Bedroom view of the Smoky Mountains was great, meals in the restaurant were very tasty, regular free shuttle bus in and out of town was a welcome bonus. Receptionist lady was always busy dealing with clients checking in or out and also on the phone, but was always polite.

Guest Service was very welcoming and friendly. Loved the cookies they gave you at check in. The beds were very comfortable. And the pillows were very soft. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful ! And we loved the huge light up mirror outside the bathroom. The pool was also wonderful, and a great option if you have kids with the pool slide.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. My family had so much fun and loved riding the trolley. Can’t wait to go back!

Prime location at the Ripleys Aquarium red light. Beautiful views, beds and pillows were comfy. My daughter loved the pool and it stays open until midnight! Towels are provided. Elevators were fast. Will be staying here again!!
