Beds very comfortable, location was perfect. On the main strip but off to the side so very quiet. Beautiful stream, pool was clean.

Very nice location. Was able to see the bears and other animals. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, stores, and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance. Facility could be cleaner and didn’t get the room which I reserved, but it was nice overall. I give a 6/10 due to cleanliness compared to what I paid.

There is so much to do and wat made the stay truly amazing was the bears that roam freely obviously have to be careful but truly an amazing experience

Not o much at all..room was uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower.the bathroom was very small..my doogs bed was wet from the damp room there where not enough plug in for the appliances and one did not work at all

“Awful”
The room was dirty you could write your name in the dust. Bathroom had cleaning rags left in it. The bottom of the shower curtain was moldy. The bed was old and the pillows smelled. Breakfast was grainy eggs and over heated sausage gravy with undercooked biscuits. To top this off I left my cell phone in the room when we checked out , I called and told them exactly were I left it and they said they would ask the maid about it but she didn't turn it in . I know exactly were I left it she kept it, it has pictures of family members on it that have passed away. I will never stay at this hotel again....
