“Great little motel, on the peaceful outskirts of busy and touristy Gatlinburg”

I'm so glad I chose to stay in this motel during my trip through the Great Smoky Mountains. Whilst located conveniently in the commercial hub of Gatlinburg, it is on the peaceful edge of this busy, touristy and sometimes quite loud town. While a short ten-minute walk does get you into the centre of the action, I appreciated its quiet location and chilled vibe. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything I needed for a good self-catered stay - microwave, fridge and coffee in the reception.

You never cleaned our rooms

Location was fine,bed needs to be replaced,not comfortable.

I found that the room could be looked into thru a mechanical area that separates the front rooms and back rooms around the drain pipes there was gaps ,the mechanical area is open to anyone and has a direct view into the rooms where a person can be video recorded. and the room filled with cigaret smoke from other people smoking in the bathrooms and it coming in thru the exhaust vent in my bathroom

The staff was very friendly. They were very welcoming as well, and allowed us to not rush down there.

“All in all our stay was pleasant, this was our second time staying at this hotel.”

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they stayed for free.

Needed handicap accommodations the team went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

“Over all it was a good stay pretty close to everything and we slept well and comfortable”

Bed was comfortable and the whirlpool was nice

“Roach motel with no parking”

Parking is huge issue when you pay for an hotel and then there’s no place to park your car when you arrive that’s just crazy never experienced this at any other hotel seems like this hotel was renting out, part of the parking lot to renovate the building next-door.. even though room had been painted so very dirty holes in the wall everywhere tub was cracked. There were roaches in the bathroom, live roaches, huge issue.
