The five days I was there, they never cleaned my room.

The water park was the only reason we stayed there and it was not posted anywhere online while booking that the heater was not going to be working. Pool and splash area were freezing so we had to spend more money to go to another water park daily.

Did not stay ask for a refund cause the room was dirty to be. It had been made and they told us it was ready for us to check in. They wanted to move us in a different room that was less than what we asked for we told them we was checking out and leaving they said they were refund our money we booked through booking.com and still have not got a refund.

The property and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. This location seems to value a beautiful property. My family and I were impressed with the cleanliness. The breakfast was fully stocked, hot and pretty good. There were multiple attendants refilling food and maintaining a clean space for guest. Splash Hollow - the reason we selected this property, having a toddler, was nothing short of exceptional. It provided numerous hours of fun for the entire family. The location is just a short walk from the main strip in Gatlinburg with beautiful views of the mountains.

Comfortable and caters well to families. As a couple, clean throughout and friendly helpful staff. The hotel location is ideal it’s just off the main strip so quiet enough at night but close enough to walk into town
