The room was very comfortable, cute and cozy. The bed comfort was amazing. It was peaceful and quiet. The location is great and the mountain view as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't want to leave.

“Great place to stay.”
Country Town N' Suites were a godsend. They helped us exceptionally after a rough nite with another hotel. The desk staff was extremely helpful; the room upgrade they gave us was perfect, and the room was clean, huge, and very comfortable. It had a wonderful balcony overlooking the river. It was a very peaceful stay. It was totally worth the price, which was not expensive at all. It was a short walk to the parkway. The pool was very clean and relaxing. I do not know why anyone would stay anywhere else. This will be our favorite and our always place to stay in Gatlinburg. We live in Knoxville, and we will be telling everyone we know about Country Town N' Suites/ Carr Cottages. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Location was pretty good. The room was very small. The bed was surprisingly good. The bathroom and rest of the room seemed clean. It was really nice being able to walk out and see the creek. Distance to town was not bad.

“It was a very nice stay, and very decently priced!”
The location was fair, there was no breakfast, but for the price you really can’t complain very much. The only complaint that I had was I could tell the comforter had not been washed. The room still smelt like cologne, or something from the person prior. If the comforter had been clean I wouldn’t have a complaint. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed, and a jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable. The cable isn’t the best. Very basic channels. The refrigerator was large, and there was a microwave, and coffee pot. Check out was 11:00am which is nice. The pool area is a down by the office, which is a little way from where the rooms are. The owners are very nice people. I’d stay again.
