We were turned away by the concierge after driving 2 hours. We showed proof and confirmation of payment and all the interactions with the property owner. We had no choice but to stay somewhere else. We were a party of 4 and the hostess approved.

The smell throughout the builing and inclusive of the room was just terrible in the evenings. Clear sewage issue.
