“Fantastic stay in Gasadalur”

This house in Gasadalur was really great. It was extremely convenient for any tour around Mulafossur due to its superb location. It's very modern and offers all amenities you may expect when staying on your own. We did not miss anything. It was spacious enough to easily accommodate for 4 people. Waking up to the view on the mountains around the valley was absolutely stunning. You can fall in love with that. All the equipment in this house is in great condition and we did not have any problems in this respect. Communication with the host was easy and we got all the answers whenever in need. We were even greeted by him personally upon our arrival and it was very nice and informative talking to him. Parking place is offered and you do not need to worry if you travel by car. Overall we're absolutely happy with our stay and can recommend the place to anyone.

One of the highlights of our trip to the Faroe Islands. It's a beautiful cottage in an unreal location right near the waterfall. Also a 15 minute drive to the ferry to Mykines. The host was very welcoming and communicative. A must stay if you are visiting the Faroe Islands!

The location was incredible. We were walking distance from the village of Gasadalur, the trailhead to the Postman's trail, and Mulafossur waterfall. Yet we were also a little apart from the village, in the middle of pristine nature with the weather changing every few minutes around the mountains in 3 directions. Cottage was cosy and warm with beautiful views out of the large bay windows. Bathroom and kitchen worked well. We were very happy here!

We arrived very late and with the key lock system this was no problem at all. We got all information beforehand without asking. The description to find the pretty houses was very good and the houses are easy to find. The house is fabulous. The furnishings are very luxurious and classy. The host came to introduce himself and it was very interesting what he said about the area. We liked the cozy home very much and will absolutely recommend to stay there!

Serene location in the valley away from the main street but within walking distance of the famous Múlafossur waterfall, puffin spotting possible in the morning and evening, excellent for exploring spots on Vágar island with famous highlights of the country in close reach, beautifully crafted cabins with all necessities, no TV set, great information material provided, lovely owners with helpful hints, river close by for children to play, excellent kitchen with Qooker,…

This an absolutely fantastic location far from everything. We were lucky enough to see puffins very close up during our 2nd evening when the sun finally appeared.
