Even though we only dealt directly with one host (super friendly and helpful), it's clear that a lot of care is put into running the place by the staff. The food was delicious and the atmosphere relaxed. The property has a beautiful garden too.

Lovely and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Very friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast was great — fresh and very tasteful. We had a pleasant stay overall and would highly recommend this place.

“Very disappointing experience”
Very disappointing experience The reception was not visible, and no one greeted us upon arrival, making check-in confusing and unwelcoming. The owner was rude, especially toward the staff, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The room lacked basic amenities — there were no slippers, no tea or coffee, no cups, and no drinking water. There was a kettle, but it was empty and dirty, making it unusable. The restaurant was overcrowded and clearly understaffed. They were unable to properly serve guests. After waiting for 2 hours, I decided not to stay. When I informed them, the staff responded rudely and told me I would have to bear the financial responsibility myself. The owner told me, “This is not a 5-star hotel, you shouldn’t expect such conditions,” which was very unprofessional. The manager also said that if we needed something as basic as cups, we had to come and ask for them. Later in the evening, they sent a written apology, but it did not make up for the overall experience. It also felt like they treated foreign guests better, while being rude to locals. Overall, very poor service and attitude. I would not recommend this place.

“Perfect location, perfect room, delicious traditional breakfast”
The location, the design, the background amazing music selection, the delicious breakfast, the manner if confirming breakfast - via WhatsApp. By far, the best accomodation from Armenia we stayed in and we travelled 1000 km throughout it by car so this means a lot.

“Great stay in Garni with fantastic breakfast”
Location is very close to the temple of Garni and right by the center of Garni. The room was spacious and pretty comfortable The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The accommodation itself is very nice. Great value.

It is possible to get to appartmentearly morning, rich and tasty breakfast, comfortable room with view to beaufitul garden, heating in the room was very good in the autumn. Kettle, cup, tea is available in the room. Drinkable tap water is possible in the garden bathroom, dinner was very tasty too, staff very polite and helpful. Thank you.
