Overview
This accommodation features a minimalistic style with organic materials and is situated in the heart of the Garmisch district, just 800 metres from the Classic ski area. A range of suites are provided at the quartier - über Nacht in besonderer Architektur. Each suite features a multiple isolation and has an online/offline button where guests can turn off electrosmog.

“Calm and cozy place with such a warm feeling to it”
The accomodation is absolutely stunning. The rooms invite to relax, the wood smells amazings and everything feels so cozy and comfy. Absolultely loved it. It feels like coming home. The views are also amazing, especially towards the mountains, everything I hoped for

“Beautiful design--would stay again!”
My partner and I stayed in the the Lodge Maisonette, which had a lofted living room area with a hammock and book nook. We enjoyed having the extra space to relax in--that hammock in the loft was truly the most comfortable hammock I've ever laid in (definitely recommend booking a room with a loft!). The interiors were beautifully designed with big windows/views, and we also appreciated the overall layout of the room and felt that we could easily unpack without feeling cramped. However, we did utilize the extra single bed for storage, so 3-person parties could be tighter on space. Location is great as well, within walking distance to many restaurants/shops and not far from the train station either. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here for a winter getaway in Garmisch!

“Unique minimalsts dream, close to Alpine mountains”
Very clean place with a unique interrior! A minimalsts dream with an amazing location - right in the middle of the city, close to local restaurants. If you are looking for a place to stay and you want something different to a usual hotels - this is a place to stay. Also, very close many nature trails,, mountains and places like - Eibsee lake and Zugspitze mountains.

Great modern architecture blended in to the original home. Fresh and vibrant. Kai on the front desk was fantastic with great tips on things to do and great restaurants to eat at.

The whole trip and stay were super great, super love the hotel interior looks nice and minimalistic. Room also quite comfort and quiet. Location is great, 5 to 10 mins to take you into the heart of the city!
