we were told that we would receive a code at around 14:00 to open the locks and take the key. Upon arrival we hadn't received any code which resulted in us standing in the rain for over an hour until another guest let us into the house. We called the hosts multiple times and didn't receive any sort of answer. we were sent the code roughly 4-5 hours after our arrival which we stated on our booking.

“I don’t recommend it, the price for accommodation does not correspond to the quality.”
Extremely impolite hostess. We were placed in a different apartment than the one we booked. 1 toilet combined with a bathroom for 3 rooms is very inconvenient and constantly busy. One kitchen for all 3 floors in the basement is also small and inconvenient. The room is small and cold, the furniture is old. The location of the house is far from the city center.
