“Alpine flair meets hospitality”

The guest house was within walking distance of the city center. The host was friendly and accommodating. From the check-in, the small room in the style typical of the Alps with lots of wood, to the rich breakfast, everything was good.

The hosts were so lovely and accommodating! The breakfast was great with amazing views from the little glassed in terrace. Check in and check out experience was smooth (and very accommodating with checking in a little early or leaving luggage). The hosts were so good with providing information and just helping out in general when I needed help! Would definitely recommend and would come back to stay again!!

We spent a skiing week in Gästehaus Maria. We had their largest room with the nice bay window. Maria and Markus are super nice hosts, who were very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed their great breakfast in their winter garden with the beautiful view onto the surrounding mountains. The hotel is close to the city center, to all the restaurants and only a few minutes by car from either the Zugspitzbahn or the cable car to Eibsee. It's an ideal location for both winter and summer activities.

“Traditional Alpine chalet”

Excellent, traditional Alpine chalet complete with flower laden windowboxes and mountain backdrop. A real picture postcard. Very quiet residential location in Garmisch approximately 15-20 minutes walk to town centre and 30 minutes walk to rail station, bus station and Zugspitze railway. Very good buffet continental breakfast - rolls, cheese, ham, coffeee, juices etc. included in the price. Ultra clean and excellent facilities, including an indoor conservatory/outdoor terrace for breakfast and a lounge area with a communal fridge. No a/c. or fridge in rooms. Very helpful and hospitable family hosts.

Everything is great

A very cozy and comfortable room, and the breakfast was super delicious. The host was incredibly friendly. We followed their recommendation and visited Herrenchiemsee Palace; it was an amazing experience.

An excellent Pension with lovely owners. If you are looking for a slightly out-of-the-way and quiet location in GaPa then this is perfect. I slept incredibly well. My plan was a very active three days, which this accommodation suited perfectly.

Herr and Frau Tier and the staff make you feel at home and are so polite in offering things to do around the area. The rooms are kept very clean and breakfast is always very good! I cannot recommend enough if you are travelling to garmisch partenkirchen.
