Close to the center and plenty of restaurants you will find the pension. A heritage building with 12 rooms partly with own, others with shared bathroom. The breakfast is outstanding for such rather small place. It does not leave any wishes open.

What you see in the pictures is what you get. This is a charming and old typical Bavarian guesthouse with all the expected quirks, and it's just wonderful! Yes, the floors are creaky in places, the staircase is narrow and there is no elevator - it's to be expected in a 300 year old home. It all adds to the character of the house, and I've never seen an elevator in any Bed & Breakfast I've ever stayed at in multiple countries. The guesthouse is in a quiet area just 5 minutes from the start of the pedestrian zone, and a 20 minute walk from the station. Upon arrival, you are greeted like an old friend by Angela, who welcomes you with a drink - beer, Prosecco, Glühwein, your choice! We were early and were just going to leave our suitcases but the room was ready. The rooms are lovely and quite roomy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! I didn't find it loud at all, and I've stayed at some hotels where I could hear the people next door or above as though we were in the same room! We stayed here in 2023 and since then, the bathroom has been renovated. Breakfast is amazing - I think that it was the breakfast I was most looking forward to on this second stay! We will definitely be back for a third stay.

The host angela is very welcoming, and the decoration is beautiful. The room is clean and the balcony is so beautiful. You can tell that this entire building is decorated in a very careful and beautiful way. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodation. The place has very nice vibe, very cozy. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful :) Breakfasts are good, rooms are very sweet and clean. Location is good. If I visit Garmisch-Partenkirchen again, then I will definitely come back in this place. Highly reccomend!!

I really liked the view from the balcony. The wai fai was great. The location was very close to the center (walking distance).

This guesthouse is just steps from the main street with shopping and restaurants, yet very quiet and offers great mountain views from the comfortable rooms. There is also a popular coffee shop just around the corner. There is ample parking and Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is 25 minutes away. There is also a bus stop close to the guesthouse. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given a welcome drink and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast.
