The room that came out in the reservation was not the same as the one they gave me when I arrived, on top of that I paid a deposit and until today it has not been returned to me

“Motel 6, don't knock it - good value for money!”
I was welcomed by Miki, a lovely down to earth guy on reception. The room was a great size, clean, and the mattress was nice and firm for me. Lovely housekeepers who were nice and friendly and helped clean the room and change sheets, etc. The air cooler was great and provided a sanctuary of cold air from the soaring heat outside, good location, restaurants, and shops close by, Dart service just 5 min walk away, Best week of sleep I had here in Dallas!

“I had problems but the front desk did help solve most problems.”
My boss truck got stolen 5 to 7 hours of being there and the shower water is bi- polar on what temp it wants to be. Every day about 3 people come to knock on the door it’s almost like there is no communication there.
