Very friendly staff. Made our stay very welcoming. Gave us complimentary passes and towels for our 2 day stay here. The spa was an added bonus, very romantic. Loved our stay here and the upgraded room for free, was a nice touch 😊

Private wellness is a good idea.

We've met the real superwoman there. We arrived very late (midnight, sorry) and departed early, so just sleep and breakfast... but in the morning she was everywhere; recepcion, restaurant, cleaning, helping... and doing everything like a mother for her children. Wonderful love-made 5-stars GL breakfast, everything perfectly cleaned... there was a problem with parking and she gave me a banknote to pay the parking seconds from there! We're in love with her! Thousands of stars for her! (BTW, great location and bla bla bla, but that feeling of a mother and a wonderful person in a hotel is priceless).

The location is central. The receptionist Maria was very friendly and helpful. She gave us vouchers for the private beach nearby. The rooftop bar would have been nice if it had been opened. Very limited parking space. The other parking possibility are either near the beach club (300m distance) it up a steep hill through narrow roads.

The people who work there 🥹🥹🥹 We did meet two receptionists - a woman and a man, and both showed us so much love & help with everything… The place itself is nit special it’s a great value for the price - And we thought that we won’t ever remember it- But the people who work there - they made it special. Beautiful breakfast, and empathy and actual happiness - It is a happy hotel. Thank You so much guys 🥹🤍

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Maria. We were given a two double bedroom suite on the lower floor. Lots of space. Air conditioning was perfect in both rooms. Beds were comfortable. Good selection at breakfast.

We chose Happy Hotel because of a concert we were attending in The Amphitheatre - Vittoriale. We were really happy with the hotel overall. It is very cute and the rooms were very nice. The best part of our stay was the staff, everyone is very welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The location of the hotel is also right in the center of Gardone Riviera. Right next to the lake, and very close to the amphitheater. They also provided us with parking opportunities. The breakfast was also very well prepared, and every night there was a different culture's cuisine food. Totally recommending.

“Loved it!”

Very good receptionist who speaks English and has a lot of knowledge about the area. The parking lot was not far and not crowded at all, and the beach was absolutely amazing, we liked it better than the beach in Lignano! The room has a window overlooking the street - but we didn't hear any traffic. I don't know why people complain about it. There is a small terrace at the top where you can have a drink and a snack. The location is simply great and my dog was happy too.

We loved this hotel. Stayed in a suite, it was big, clean and comfortable, good beds. The breakfast was great, the staff lovely, free bikes were given to rent, parking area was nearby. There was a rooftop terrace restaurant, loved the views.

This hotel is a nonprofit organisation assisting people in the community. Great staff who are all incredibly friendly. The bonus was the roof terrace offering very good value dinner.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff and location. Breakfast was delicious, and you can even rent a bike for free. There's also free parking, which is a big plus. For me, it’s a solid 10 — especially considering the price, which is more than fair compared to other options in the area. Honestly, their rating on Booking is lower than they deserve. We’re already thinking about coming back — maybe even as soon as September

Wonderful location for lake view and resto! 5mins walk to the beach club. Very nice breakfast as well!
