2026-06-06, I was staying at your hotel and I asked the reception to wash my clothes. They placed them in a bag and they took them away for washing. The next morning, when I came and asked whether my clothes had already been washed, the staff had no information about it, and we went to look for them together. Half of my wet clothes were left next to the washing machine, but I could not find the other half at all. When I asked where the missing clothes might be, the staff did not provide any answer and did not really try to help search for them or assist in any other way. This was very unpleasant. Here’s the English translation: After contacting the administration, they explained that it was not their fault and that we had to go and wash the clothes ourselves. So why didn’t they say that from the beginning? They also said it costs 300 NOK, but I wasn’t charged anything. And most importantly, they didn’t try to help in any way. What a mess…

Staff is kind, and very helpful. Excellent food, the elkburger was very delicious! Breakfast is good, and breakfast hours is from 3.30 to about 10 (?). Location and transfer service to/from the airport makes it super convenient! Cleanliness is impeccable!
