Good location, walking distance to the promenade at the coast. Spaceful parking lot, tasty breakfast. Nice pool :-)

Hotel very bad. Towels from fabric thin like paper, no refrigerator in room, no cold water, toilets cover falling, sink trembling, shower doors falling, maintenance very bad. Staff is very unpleasant

Nicely located hotel, just a few minutes from the lake. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The breakfast was quite good, a lot of choice and very tasty coffee.

Only good things - there is a pool (but nowhere near enough sunbeds) and the staff were nice. Breakfast was so-so, there was a good amount of choice.

It was nice because we had two options of pools. Close to everything but not to close for peace and quiet also.

The size of the room was much bigger than anticipated , had a large balcony and the toilet was also fairly sized and very clean

Location of the hotel is ideal- a ten minute walk into Garda. The pool, whilst a little tired, is a refreshing space to relax and there were never issues getting loungers. The onsite pizzeria / bar was great for refreshments around the pool. Rooms are clean and serviced well.

No AC. Rooms were warm.

Overall it was a goood experience. Staff was very helpful, especially at the reception. Except the bartender who refused to give me couple of cubes of ice to put on my kids skin rash without me buying drinks (heartless), everyone else were really helpful. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was full of variety and catered for everyone. Pool and the surrounding was fantastic. Location is perfect to reach all types of activates.

“Beautiful hotel”

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very well.located in Garda town abd has a lovely swimming pool. I really recommend this hotel. Would definitely go there again.

Upon on arrival I ask for my room to be change because there wasn't any separation in the room n no privacy they told me I have to pay for an extra room even thou I was paying alot of money already . I explain to them why I wanted it to change but they refuse to do so . My friends was staying in a near by hotel . This hotel is a no go for me again because they don't know how to please there customer . Breakfast was cheap n crap. Its fruit season n they using tin peach and pinapple . The machines with coffee and drink need cleaning . Juice water down . I let out hot chocolate from machine come only brown looking water
