Excellent place to stay. Train station to the city takes 35 minutes to marianplatz.. And is 4 minutes walk away.. Clean and comfortable rooms.. Would recommend this hotel

Disgusting! Avoid this hotel unless you want to SLEEP WITH COCKROACHES! We arrived late in the evening — of course there was no one at reception. A ghost hotel. No human in sight. We got our room key through some miserable online check-in. Fine. But the moment we approached our room — BAM! A monstrous cockroach right by the door, like a guard dog from hell. We opened the door — and what do you think? Another one. Just as huge. Crawling around like he pays rent. DISGUSTING. Absolutely revolting. The place reeked of filth and neglect. Total unsanitary disaster! We didn’t even step foot inside. Just slammed the door shut and ran straight to the Ibis next door, where — guess what — people work and rooms are clean! We paid out of our own pocket for a second hotel, in the middle of the night, because this roach motel was unlivable. Next day at noon — finally! Reception was alive. And what did they say? “Oh, cockroaches are normal here.” Are you out of your mind?! What kind of hotel thinks it's OK to offer pest-infested rooms to paying guests? We demand a refund. And a warning to all travelers: if you’re not into sharing your bed with insects the size of your hand — STAY AWAY. This hotel should be shut down, not listed online.
