Overview
Le Domaine du Bourg is an old renovated farm on the edge of a small Bourbonnais village, a stone's throw from the Loire and close to the Morvan and PAL regional natural park. The rooms, decorated in a country style, have a wardrobe, a desk and a private bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. All offer a view of the garden. A continental breakfast is served every morning. In the evening, you can join the table of friends or enjoy the snack bar and the bar. An outdoor swimming pool is available for free. For your greatest pleasure, you will find book sheds, board games, table football, ping-pong table, pétanque court, children's play area... You can also discover the typical villages of the Bourbonnais region, castles and other sites. The beauty and calm surroundings lend themselves perfectly to escapades on foot and by bike (bike rental on site). In the village you will find a grocery store which supplies bread every day (opposite Arbre de Sully) 300 meters from the estate and you can reach Moulins train station in 35 minutes by car. Le Domaine du Bourg is a truly ideal place to rest, recharge your batteries and spend a pleasant time alone, with family or friends, a true haven of peace.

“A friendly small holiday park in a quiet location”
This is a friendly and welcoming small holiday park with bed & breakfast rooms as well as camping. There is a bar and snack bar, open even on a dull chilly Monday in early May, Fred was a charming and flexible host and breakfast was good.

“Very pleasant stay, hosted by a very welcoming couple.”
Breakfast was good. Fred and Vero, the owners, provided an excellent evening meal at no notice. There were very welcomimg and went to great efforts to ensure that I was well looked after during my stay, over and above what could be expected.

“Absolutely fabulous. Well worth a stay.”
This place was an absolute gem to break our journey from north to the south of France. So much so we tried to book and stay again on our return but alas; fully booked. This stay was as expected: rural and rustic. The evening menu was limited but tasty. The people were lovely. Wine and beer was flowing and cheap! Pool was cool but a welcome chance to refresh in the heat.

“We spend a very enjoyable evening while passing through”
The location is just great. The domain has several beautiful buildings, a very nice informal garden, different spaces to sit outdoors, either in the garden or under a roof. Dinner and breakfast can be either enjoyed indoors or outdoors. There is a little bar with excellent local beer and also local wines and cider for very reasonable prices. We joined for dinner which was home cooked and really nice. Also, there is an outdoor swimming pool. Next to rooms there are gites and a nice little campground. We were just passing through, but we think it is a very nice location for hikers and cyclists.

Good location for a stopover for cycle touring. Excellent hosts with fantastic home cooked food and a lovely breakfast. Rooms comfortable.
