“We enjoyed our stay .”
The rooms were large, the pool is lovely, every thing was clean and the staff were great. Room service was available 24/7 with a lot of meal choices. There is building work Everywhere around the hotel how ever we did not hear any noise in our room and only once when we were buy the pool. It definitely was not an issue.

Everyting was great except the Initial check in . The main gate security sent us to Basement 2 so that we had to carry luggage all the way up. He should have asked us to drop the luggage at the reception and then go to Basement. And the check in was slow. Otherwise all good.

I visited GIFT City Club, Radisson and the hospitality was awesome. We had a wonderful time there. The property was neat and clean, and we received proper assistance throughout our stay. One staff member, Nandkishor, was especially helpful to us. The food was scrumptious, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious pastries. The swimming pool was well-maintained and properly cleaned, making our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in a king-size room with a swimming pool view, featuring a spacious balcony with a comfortable sitting arrangement. At night, the serene and pure air from the balcony made the atmosphere calm and peaceful. I must say, the experience was totally worth it! I truly appreciate Radisson and their staff for their excellent hospitality. Thank you for providing such a great stay!

“Perfect for a leisure & comfortable stay.”
Everything was just perfect except AC issue. AC was not cooling lower than 25 degree so they changed my room and new room also had the same problem. I complained again and they came and check, said it’s fixed but it was not fixed. No solution was provided.
