“great property with great hosts and great breakfast”

The hotel is small and has everything you need to enjoy the thousand islands the owners attend you directly they receive you with fresh baked cookies and they cook different breakfast in the morning for you. the wifi works well the parking also is good. and you can walk around the town the owners also give you very good tips

Peter and Colin are fabulous hosts who make their guests feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks for the fantastic weekend!

“Spectacular Stay in Every Way!”

Peter greeted us upon arrival and we met Colin next. They were very welcoming and gave us an orientation of our gorgeous bedroom and their outstanding home. We immediately felt 'at home'. We thoroughly enjoyed discussing a wide variety of topics with these two very interesting people! The part of our visit that will stay with us is the spectacular way their home was lighted which is uncommon in our experience. Returning from dinner we were gobsmacked by the stunning outdoor lighting! We felt like we were entering a castle! Colin prepared a very generous and delicious breakfast while Peter graciously served us. We most definitely will be visiting Seaway Manor again!

“Fabulous stay in a beautiful part of Canada”

Breakfast was lovely. Colin had obviously put a huge amount of thought and effort into breakfast. Both Colin and Peter were exceptional hosts and really engaging. The location of the property was excellent being a short stroll to the water’s edge and the high street. Room was lovely and clean, bright and airy and shower was wonderful.

“Exceptional”

If we could give this 11 out of 10 we would. Loved everything about it. Colin and Peter are brilliant hosts who gave us some great tips for the local restaurants and local area. Breakfast options were amazing cooked freshly each morning by Colin and served to us by Peter with his cheeky smile and great sense of humour. We loved the railway tunnel in Brockville thank you for the recommendation and the other place we just took a picture of the sign!!

Our hosts were so warm and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, we really felt cared for and it was a lovely break from our city living. We will be back!

“A superb stay at an outstanding B&B.”

My wife and I stayed here in June. The location was perfect, the accommodation was superb and our hosts were quite simply outstanding. My wife is struggling with some intolerances at the moment and our hosts went out of thir way to ensure she could eat a full breakfast. If we ever go back to Gananoque this will be our first choice for accommodation.

The best place I have ever been. Everything was excellent, we felt as if we were visiting family and everything was made with love right especially for us. Very beautiful house and room and space outside. Good daily homemade breakfast. All with care and smile. Highly recommended! 11/10!

We had a wonderful time at the B&B. The rooms are lovingly decorated and very clean. Peter and Colin are very friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. The garden is also a great place to relax. We can highly recommend the B&B.

“Stay at Seaway Manor and you won’t be disappointed”

We’ve had an excellent stay at the Seaway Manor. The hosts, Peter and Colin couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, and are always there for a friendly chat or to offer suggestions of places to visit, the best restaurants and things to do in town (Peter, your suggestion of the scenic route to Montreal was spot on, and we loved the Brockville railway tunnel). Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious, all home cooked by Colin and including home baked breads and cakes. The house is in a very peaceful spot with easy access to the river front, boat tours, the high street and local bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at Seaway Manor and would definitely return if we’re in the area in the future.

Our hosts, Colin and Peter, were outstanding! Friendly, funny, welcoming, and very informative of the local area. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and outfitted with all items you would need. The homemade breakfasts were exceptional. We, nine family members, have been spreading the news at home of the excellent time we had. All nine family members highly recommend the Seaway Manor B&B!

“An outstanding B&B⁶”

This has to be the best B&B I have ever stayed in. My wife has some food issues at the moment and Colin went out of his way to create an excellent breakfast, which everyone enjoyed, that was also adaptable to my wife's intolerances. The facilities were comfortable and spotlessly clean and Peter was a mine of information and highly entertaining. This B&B is perfectly placed in a central position close to the waterfront. If ever we go to Gananoque again this is where we will stay.
