I woke up at 7:00 AM. with a loud tribble noise construction work. The constructions were permanently there but the hotel hasn't informed it. In the morning, when I talked about it, the reception who called herself the Msnager said it is what it is. They have no control over construction. But can inform the guests or give the rooms opposite side. No apologise, no sorry!!!
