We really enjoyed our stay. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and the garden setting felt very relaxing and therapeutic. The property is well maintained and scenic. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hospitality was exceptional, and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. We also loved the breakfast, especially the homemade chicken curry and dhal, which were delicious.

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. Good communication beforehand, quiet and peaceful location, spacious room and bathroom with great shower, friendly host who supplied us with snacks and homemade lemonade on arrival! Beautiful garden. We also appreciated the recommendations of places to eat. Short Tuk Tuk drive to Negombo or the airport.

Huge room on a beautiful property. Very kind hosts who waited to greet us at 1:30 am to make sure we arrived well. Incredible value for the money!

The host and his family are super people. The house is exceptional one must stay here just to see the house it's so beautiful. It's just 20 min tuk tuk ride to the airport. Such huge rooms excellently minimalistic ally decorated. Excellent clean toilets. Must stay in Srilanka. I changed my plans to stay in Colombo I preferred traveling from here .

We stayed Tecton Grandis for short stay after long flight.15 min drive from airport. The family welcomed us! The room was equipped and the bed was enough size for two person! The shower water plessure was perfect!
