“A fabulous oasis a short distance from the fabulous sites around Tunis.”
Loved this hotel. From the warm welcome we received when we arrived at 3 a.m. ( after a delayed flight ) , the room that looked just like the online photos, the delicious breakfasts, the stunning pool and beach, but most of all the lovely staff. The housekeeping was super efficient ( she used to stop doing a 'changeover' room, to do ours when she saw us going out for the day so it was always done when we got back ), the lovely concierges who would order us taxis, and make sure we had a known/agreed price before we left, and the great wait staff who knew our 'usual' at breakfast by the third day. The hotel is on the edge of 'La Marsa' a lovely beach town, and very Tunisian - not that many tourists around. It was a short taxi ride to Sidi Bou Said , a charming village, and to Carthage to see the Roman ruins. It was also less than 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes ( and 20 TND ) from Tunis centre. A luxurious oasis to return to after a day out sightseeing.

Really beautiful hotel right by the beach. Breakfast buffet was great. The spa and pools also amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful, they really made our stay special.

Fantastic breakfast (though need a quicker process for getting guests coffee!) and really liked explanations in English and French of local food. Room was very comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa excellent and loved the Hammam.

A great family destination. The facility is kept very well maintained and clean, no AC issues, no cleaning issues, no soundproof issues. Honestly all good. All the staff is professional and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is fresh and the food is tasty.

I loved my stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in Gammarth Tunis. I visited with my family for a wedding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My twin sea-view room was perfect, and the location right on the beachfront and close to the airport was ideal. The spa and gym were great, but the highlight was the amazing breakfast with fresh juices, fruits, omelets, pastries, and pancakes. A truly relaxing 5‑star experience. Highly recommend.
