“Real Italian vibe”
Fantastic place for that real Italy vibe. Great view towards Volterra. At the end of a dirt road, so very very quiet. We heard owls and other birds. We were with six people and the house has al we needed. Two fully equiped kitchens, four bathrooms (2 ensuite, 2 separated) and four double bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs), 2 seperated entrance doors, a terrace for 6 and 2 sunbeds). The beautiful pool is a little down the dirt road, with sunchairs, umbrellas and fantastic view over Tuscany. Note that it's not a private pool since it's shared with other houses in the borgo. Borgo Mommialla is basicly a holiday village but not in the tradtional way. The Tuscan style houses are all different and on different levels with good privacy. They really give the feeling of an Italian village. Note that the nearest supermarket is 20 mins away in Montaione. Marco, the host, speaks very good English and is a good source for information.
