“Charming historic stay with private terrace, plunge pool & warm hosts”
We had a wonderful stay at Le Clos de l’Olivelle, hosted by the lovely owners Gaele and Olivier. This charming gîte is beautifully restored with thick stone walls and lots of authentic character, set in the lovely historic village of Gallargues-le-Montueux. The room was super clean, very comfortable, and inviting. Outside we had a fantastic private space all to ourselves — a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area, sun lounger, and a small plunge pool to cool off in. We also had access to our own outdoor kitchen (fully equipped with fridge and everything needed), which was perfect for preparing breakfast or a light meal. We enjoyed a tasty dinner at a local restaurant in the village — honest food in a wonderful sultry evening atmosphere. For electric car drivers, the brand-new Supercharger is only 4 minutes away, and parking inside the gated property was easy and secure. A peaceful and characterful stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Exceptional warm welcome to the most comfortable B&B. Appreciated the cool lichen and pool to hide from the midday sun. The whole B&B experience was just wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for better and so happy that it was recommended to me.
