“Clean and Modern Apartment”
The apartment was clean and modern, filtered cold water in the fridge and most of the amenities anyone would require are present. There are a few restaurants and bars within a short drive.

Waho! This apartment is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending the evening on the balcony, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was just perfect. Thank you from France!

“Peaceful stay”
It was a comfortable second floor flat in a quiet neighbourhood suitable for self-catering. Good free parking nearby. There were some great touches like a coffee percolator with real coffee and well-being pods. There was self-entry and exit using a code sent by the owner the day before. The owner was available remotely to answer any queries.

Good apartment in Gainesville. Easy communication with the host. We didn't use many ammenities, but there were a lot if we had wanted to. This place had the best AC I have ever come across!

Very nice place, clean, confortable and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Samuel was a great host, always available. I strongly recommend staying at Samuel's place.
