The customer service was 10/10, but Cleo and Marisol exceeded my expectations. The breakfast staff were incredible. I stayed with them from June 7, 2025, to July 23, 2025, and there wasn't a day they didn't make my mornings fabulous. Thank you, and I would stay here again many more times just because of you.

A great hotel with fabulous, fabulous staff! Everyone we encountered was friendly, super helpful, and accommodating when approached. Location - excellent!! Close to Baxters Mall with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Celebration Pointe about a 25 minute walk away Room - spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained and importantly pet free. I know the pet thing can be divisive but for people like me with allergies this was very important. Gym - functional and enough for my needs Modern equipment and ALL of it in working order!! Plenty of clean towels, a water machine and wipes for cleaning the equipment when finished. The AC could probably benefit from being a little cooler, but that's about it. Pool - small but perfectly formed. I only used it once and it was nice to have pool towels freely available. Self service laundry - a fabulous bonus!! Cheap to use and available 24/7. Both the washers and dryers appeared new and were easy to operate. Housekeeping - worked tirelessly all day long! Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the communal areas and hotel exterior were the same.

Location was excellent and easy to find on GPS. Good parking facilities. Some items on cooked breakfast would be more welcome.

Very nicely decorated hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, short taxi rides into centre. The room was a great size, had everything we needed and was quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. On site parking convenient, staff very helpful.

This is a great hotel to be staying in. The location was ideal for us with lots of nearby shops & restaurants. Having a fridge & microwave was really useful. Plus the hot drinks in reception being available all day. Great coffee & decaf coffee. Breakfast was great too. We're pescatarian & the vegetarian patties were amazing. Good vegetarian range. The breakfast team are amazing too. Very helpful & friendly. We enjoyed happy hour cocktails (tues-thurs) at the bar. Amazing range. Nice to sit out in the patio area or at the bar. There were other nights when we would have loved to have had a drink from the bar but it was closed though... which was a shame. We were in a King suite which was amazing. Good sized TVs with great range of channels. Lovely bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was very clean. Great to have recycling bin in room as well & access to an ice machine with bucket provided for each floor. The cleaning team/room attendants were amazing. Was nice to use the pool at the end of a hot day. Decent gym too.

“Nice hotel”

The breakfast lacked a little on the first morning, but was better the second. The pool is a bit small, but the kids didn't mind. Good service and nice room.

Expected better breakfast. Thats all. A decent breakfast should include some fresh vegetables and fruits other than a bowl of mandarines.

“A quick and easy overnight stop in a clean and quiet hotel.”

There was plenty of parking when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. All staff were polite and courteous. The breakfast appeared to be rather small when we first arrived for breakfast, but in fact had everything we wanted and more, the hotel had simply condensed the space. There were hot and cold choices, as well as the usual coffee and juices. The Shift Supervisor during our stay was Monsie, and she introduced herself to us and was checking that we had everything we wanted. The breakfast items were constantly being monitored and restocked when required. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants. We would stay here again.

The hotel is fine, your typical Fairfield Inn and Suites. Good location in Gainesville next to hospital area, etc.

“Excellent value for money and would stay again”

Good location and easy to find. Modern building and good parking. Rooms were clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable and bathroom and shower well appointed. Breakfast was excellent especially for a complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful
