“The staff went above and beyond, and everything else was great for the price”
Breakfast was good, and a female member of staff saw me reading the waffle maker instructions, and offered to do it for me. But the main thing was that the TV didn’t work. I reported it straight away, expecting it to be dealt with after we had left. But Charles was there within 10 minutes, and had fixed it within another 10.

“The best in our 5-hotel trip.”
They have a choice of hot drinks available in the lobby at all times: tea, coffee and cocoa. The hotel has a stocked vending machine by the laundry facilities, which only required $1 in quarters for each: washer and dryer. Breakfast was the best we have had in our trip. The gym was nice. I requested extra towels at the front desk and a smiling staff member brought them up to our room within 5 minutes! The price is reasonable. Check-in was smooth. Check-out is at noon! The staff I interacted with: Glenyse and Cassie were courteous and efficient; so was the manager: Kim. The hotel contacted me when I left my sandals behind upon check-out. This hotel has beautiful, clean facilities and rooms AND superb customer service. I would stay there again in a heartbeat 💗!
