Featuring an open-air bath and views of garden, Wikgården B&B is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Gagnef, 48 km from Dalhalla Amphitheatre. Was a very cozy country house, perfect for a weekend getaway. Very close to the river, and places to go for nice walks. We were welcomed by the super lovely host couple who gave us useful information and showed us around

Fantastic location on an old farm , in a small farming community ... off the beaten track in a very good way .. The lovley owners left me a note on the door to say welcome and they would see me later. Great couple , very accommadating and invited me down to the small fireworks display later in the evening .. Supermarket is not too far away in the car The room has all that is needed , table chairs , a very comfortable sofa, very comfortable beds, small kitchen unit , with a fridge and the bathroom is just a few steps away. Set on a working farm and stepped in history makes this one of my more memroable stays and only added to the idea to return but for a longer stay. I was kindly shown around the morning i was leaving and was told a little more information .., the photos on booking.com are accurate You would need a car or bike to reach here , but very much worth it , highly reccomended and will go back Thankyou for a great stay

“Nice place but dirty sheets”
The apartment is little but it has all you need. The toilet is downstairs so you need to go down quite a steep stairs to get to the apartment or from the apartment to the bathroom. But that’s not too much of a hassle.

“Great place, the real Dalarna feeling”
Comfortable and quiet place with all the charms of this old house (stable). Great host and nice room with all necessary thing for a comfortable stay. Very clean (like new). Don't expect a 5* hotel, but enjoy the real Dalarna, great value for money.
