“Bad because the whole day we had to fight with him for refund yet he was the one who double booked”

The owner of the apartment double booked us,instead of refunding us since he gave others the apartment me gave us stories of deducting money yet we didn’t even use his apartment,he is a crook that man i swear.he gave us a different apartment which was different from the one we wanted and apparently it was not his,after checking the apartment and telling him that we dont like it he told the owner of the apartment who was ready to refund us and the but the guy asked the owner to send the refund to him,instead of refunding us we fought the whole day giving us stories and ended up not refunding the whole amount yet the owner of the other apartment he wanted to give us refunded the whole amount,and his customer service is poor he doesn’t know how to deal with clients.the owner of the other apartment was shocked aswell because he couldn’t understand what was happening,why cant he give us our money yet he sent the money to him,we missed meetings that day because of him ,he is a crook,next time if someone books 2 nights then you receive another booking for 5 days just be honest tell the client the situation and refund them dont be selfish,let them make their choice please thank you

Comfort, accessibility to necessary amenities, close to a mall that closes at 10pm and Neat apartment. The Owner is very friendly and his staff/partners are welcoming. Security makes sure you are aware of the visitor before they give them access to your apartment. Parking is convenient and available for visitors. The swimming pool was a cherry on top and very necessary for the weather conditions in Botswana, let alone the excellent air-conditioning of the apartment.

great experience and cleanliness of the place. From the gate, the security guards are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, spacious, clean and gorgeous it just felt like my I was home. I spent most of my time in doors because of the heatwave outside but it was cool inside because of the aircons. I would recommend the place to anyone who loves luxury and classy things. It's close to restaurants, petrol station and lots of shops.

“Unclean apartment”

The cleansiness of the apartment was very poor and unhygienic. The toilets had not been cleaned after the last guest, no toilet paper left and worst of all blood stains on the linen in the main bedroom. This was only visible once I ulled the duvet and sheet back to climb into bed. I had to remove all the linen and slept under the throw provided. The unit is also located next to a busy road that is quite noisy throughout the day and evening. I had booked for 7 nights but checked out the very next morning as it wasn't habitable or comfortable.

Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The owner was always willing to assist.

A beautiful two-bedroom apartment, with air-conditioners and fans in the bedrooms. There is a large tv that has Netflix and there is a very good Wi-Fi connection. It has everything you would need for a trip away from home and an ideally located shopping centre (five minute’s walk) is great for something to eat or any necessary items you may need. The host is great and is always in contact to make sure your needs are met. The swimming pool is wonderful to cool off in the hot Gaborone heat and having 24 security was an essential factor for my mother. Having previously lived in Botswana and stayed at various places. This has to be the best place I have stayed in Gaborone.
