It really surpassed my expectations! For a very good price we could stay in a traditional and very beautiful room with a super comfortable bed, a big jacuzzi and we could even choose between a japanese or western breakfast. Having to call the front desk every time you want to go in or out can be inconvenient for some, but I used it for practicing a little japanese so it was cool 😄 If someday I have the fortune of coming back to Kyoto, I would choose this hotel again. 100% recommended!

This place is crazy! Rooms are so unique, staff extremely helpful. I was a little bit lost when I first arrived, but the receptionist went above and beyond to find me and accommodate me.

Huge room and nice breakfast included in the price. Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. It’s definitely a sex hotel but still seemed clean and well maintained. Weird entrance as there is no reception, far away from the main attractions.

“Fun and comfortable place to stay”
Huge, well-decorated and well-lit room with comfortable double bed and large shower room. There was a separate area with sofas and a table. Free parking in front of your room. Check-in was quick and easy. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was so fun to stay in for a night! The rooms are wild and great for a laugh. Comfortable and interesting and the staff were really patient and accommodating through the language barrier. Highly recommend one nights stay for the fun of it.
