“Do not recommend this place for families with children under 12.”

The property is new, pleasant, and built in a modern Alpine-chalet style. Unfortunately, we discovered on arrival that the rooftop pool is restricted to guests aged 12 and above. This rule was not mentioned anywhere in the listing when we booked. Our children (6 and 8) were therefore not allowed to use it, which completely defeated the purpose of choosing this place. I raised the issue with the property, but they repeatedly shifted the blame to Booking.com and refused any form of compensation. Only a few days after our departure did they update their listing to include the age restriction. This was not disclosed before our stay, and the way the situation was handled felt misleading and unprofessional.

The apartment was large, modern , warm and well equipped. We made good use of the spa It was very close to the tram stop towards Innsbruck and the bus for the glacier . The tram stops just outside the apartment. There is a restaurant called Heisler Stube nearby It is excellent and very friendly.

Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, everything new and clean. Breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains through the glass wall of the room. Excellent breakfast with local products. Saunas and heated pool on the roof. Restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. Parking in a covered garage with two wallboxes.

Location is beautiful! The hotel is extremely new.

I have been travelling for over a week now and whilst i can say that these beds were comfy they were no more comfy than other places id stayed in for half the price I did not use the kitchen/cooking area but i can imagine that it has all of the commodities you may need The balcony is nice (if you only look up at the mountain and not the houses right below and all around you)

Amazing view for the mountain and very calm location for relaxation

This is a new hotel as such all facilities were in excellent condition. The apartment had a full kitchen with all the utensils that are required . it had two rooms , one with a double bed a the other with a sofa bed which can fit two . The room also had a large balcony with a beautiful view to the valley . The hotel gives the stubai super card which gave us free access to all the main attractions. The last thing and maybe the most important is the hotel owner and his sister, who were very nice and helped in any issue or question that rose. I highly recommend the hotel.

“Excellent hotel, but not a great experience”

The room was amazing. It was brand new, fully automated (if you're into this sort of things), and bigger than your average city apartment. It sported a huge living room, with a complete kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large balcony. The view was fantastic and could be admired from the living room's floor-to-ceiling glass windows. There was convenient space for a car to park. Overall it was a great place to stay for a group of people planning on spending many nights near Innsbruck.

We had a wonderful stay at LärchenLodge. The apartment was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace was simply stunning, surrounded by mountains as far as the eye could see. The hiking opportunities were fantastic, and the included Stubai Card was a huge bonus that made exploring the area even easier. We would absolutely love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend LärchenLodge!
