We didnt have time to use sauna, but from parking via room equipment up to breakfast, everything was perfect

We've really enjoyed our time on this fabulous hotel in Fulpmes! A wonderfull place to appreciate a snowed city! The hotel was very easy to access. During our stay, we've really appreciated all the team member of the hotek who were very kind and helpful. They have welcomed very well especially Margareta who was a lovely one. She is a good listener, and welcomed us with the best manner that can exist. We will recommand this hotel without hesitation to our family and friends and we will not miss to back to this magical place.

To start, the fire alarm was triggered without any apparent reason right on the first night. The firemen did not come to check what happened and the only thing we heard from someone from the hotel was that we could go back, that SEEMS that everything is ok. The room itself, what can I say... one light did not work, the shower cabin let all the water come out, the TV, despite trying auto-tuning, had no working channels and to finish the second night the heating started leaking. The reception, either I had very bad luck, or no one seemed to work there. The only people from the hotel I saw, were the members that prepared the breakfast.

Breakfast was awesome, the views from the balcony are spectacular. Not far from Bus Stop & Train station. Room was quite spacious for a family of 4. Surrounded by mountains, farms, greenery, farm animals, village kind of atmosphere. Could find a staff who helped for some medicine, she was very helpful. It was self checkin. It took some time to figure out how to take the keys from box. Nice provision to take drinks on our own and pay accordingly.

Everything was great. We were travelling with our dog. All facilities were there. Clean room with balcony (Mountain view) Super friendly staff.

Extremely comfortable place with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent.

Nice small hotel. The room was simple, quite big and clean, with a balcony. We were unlucky with the view, it was not interesting. Self-check-in. The staff is present only at breakfast. The breakfast was good and included in the price. Free parking. 10 minutes walk from the hotel the city center with restaurants and shops. Nice sauna, you need to wait 20 min to heat. A good option for a not high price.

Hotel is located on a hill, so you have to fo to the village cca 400 m downhill and than back :) But the views from hotel terrace are amazing and breathtaking. You can see the village as well as the mountains above and the entire valley leading to Stubaigletscher. I like self-service bar at the reception. Also the brakfast was very good with rich selection. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Good breakfast, free parking, quiet location, 2 double rooms for a decent price, good starting point for hiking, lots of restaurants at 10min walk away

The place is managed without staff during the day (after breakfast). It is a nice idea until the check-in system breaks which was our case. But we were able to figure it out quite quickly. Breakfast was amazing :)

Easy check in on line and with clear instructions. Free parking. Beautiful room and balcony view. Large bed (2 single mattresses) very comfortable. Excellent power shower. Breakfast exceeded expectations. All in all, excellent value.

Before I book the hotel I called the support to ask if I get the Stubai Card so I can use it to the cables cars in the area. The answer was positive so I booked it for two days. When I arrived there the personal who worked at the hotel informed me that the Stubai Card its not included and the personal at the phone center informed wrong. I called to see why this happen and if they could give a solution so my family vacation dont be destroyed. They denied to give a solution and the personal at reception told me that this mistake had happen twice so I wasnt alone. The only solution they came with was that they should return to me 30€ and it should take 3 weeks. Until now the money its not on my account. I dont recommend this hotel at all. You can find another at the same area and you can get the Stubai Card so you can enjoy all the cables cars.

“Very comfortabele room but no service”

Very comfortabele room with fantastic view on the mountains. Breakfast was excellent. There was tabletennis and badminton available for the kids in a small garden.

“cozy, relaxed, felt familiar and welcoming but the wofi was kind of bad”

the rooms were big, nice view, great parking and ski storing facilities, the breakfast was delicious and varied. the common areas were soo cozy with great views. the hotel had this common lobby bar without personnel available to address any questions or needs when the bar lacked some essentials (e.g it was hard to get tea, cups, any cutlery or so after breakfast time). The lack of personnel felt very nice, relaxed. you just served yourself from the bar and paid accordingly at the end if the stay. Just be prepared if you want a warm drink at the hotel after skiing the whole day. i liked the concern for the environment and they room cleaning / towel changing policy (only upon request to preserve resources).
