Celebrating our honeymoon in paradise at Village Hideaway & Spa was truly unforgettable, and we are so grateful for the warm welcome and heartfelt care from Aziz, Salim, and Alu in beautiful Fulhadhoo, Maldives, who made our stay so special and filled our hearts with memories we will cherish forever. 🤍✨

“Good value for money”

The hotel is located close to the tourist beach; however, in the afternoons there is high tide, which limits swimming. The main and most beautiful beach is about 1–1.5 km away, reachable by a very pleasant walk through the jungle. There is a coral garden about 200 meters from the end of the island, easily reachable for snorkeling. There is also a volleyball court next to the hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful — they pick you up from the harbor and assist with luggage transfer, which is very convenient. Overall, in my opinion, this place does not deserve such a low rating. The score should be at least 8 or higher.

A few steps away from an amazing beach, with a lovely garden in between. Did a wonderful tour with an expert guide who did his best to show us the sea life and took videos that he shared with us

The location was very immersed in nature with lots of palm trees around. It seems we were lucky to have a room from which we could see lots of green. The stuff was very kind and even organised a very lovely new year celebration for all guests. Breakfast and dinner were organised as a buffet which we adored a lot. Overall a lovely experience to recommend!

Great location, just next to the best beach on the island. Nice food at the restaurant. Cool hammocks at the garden and possibility to rent kayaks.

“Perfect stay on a remote, peaceful island!”

We wanted to stay at a fancy resort, and only booked this place because we left our planning too late and nowhere else was left. Within 5 minutes of arriving on the island we knew that things had worked out better than we could have ever planned! We LOVED our stay at Village Hideaway! Hardy and his team were just the loveliest people and made our Christmas trip so perfect - we will definitely be returning. The island is just perfect and so quiet - you feel like you're on a truly deserted island. We loved the jungle walk across the island, and it was lovely to meet Maldivian people who are just the nicest people in the world. Also, the beds at Village Hideways are SO COMFY! We slept like 12 hours a night :) The trips out snorkelling to see MANTAS and turtles with Alho are brilliant - don't miss them.

We returned from Fulhadhoo two weeks ago. It was a wonderful stay.This guest house hasseveral rooms, newly renovated, clean comfortable rooms with a large bed. Each room has two exits, very convenient. There is a kettle, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer in it. Cleaned well, bed linen and towels are new and clean too, they change it everyday. At the reception there is a terrace where you can sit, relax and drink a fresh juice. Due to the pandemic, we were alone in the hotel, so breakfasts were served only for us. Maldivian breakfast is amazing! The island is very beautiful and green. You need to walk about 15 minutes to the bikini beach, but it's worth it! A wonderful beach with white sand and azure water. There are places for snorkeling, a reef with fish, we saw stingrays too. Hardy, the hotel owner, met us at the airport and organize the transfer to Fulhadhoo, where Alho was waiting for us. Wonderful guy! We went fishing together and then they cooked this fish for dinner, he helped us to pass the PCR tests, answered all our questions and wishes, and just chatted with us. All the staff is very responsive and affable. Hardy, Alho and all your team, thank you for our vacation. You are awesome!
