I like the helpful staff, despite the language difference. My stay had breakfast included, which was nice, and there's a self-service drinks station and pastry counter near the unmanned reception counter.

There are two breakfast options to choose from - Western or Japanese style. There are also some excellent meals available to room order from the restaurant. There is a free soft drinks and sweets buffet in the lobby! The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom facility with the huge walk-in shower is excellent! The pricing is quite affordable.

“Wonderful experience”

Hotel & Sweet provide the full range of toiletries. From makeup removal to face masks, hair gel. You name it, you have it. This is so pampering! The room is very comfortable & spacious. The tubs are jacuzzi tubs. The hotel provides free dessert & snacks and all drinks, hot & cold. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very wonderful experience staying with them.

“Lovely place to stay outside of the city”

Lovely interior and fun concept of having free access to the desserts if you’re staying here. Staff are lovely and go out of their way to help, even if they don’t speak English.

The staff was super nice and helpful with the ingredients of the food. They especially asked the chef about the preparation and were very patient with us.

“Fantastic Hotel”

Honestly after arriving I had the most comfortable time. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped to arrange travel the next day and served breakfast in the room in the morning at our preferred time. The room was clean, spacious, and really peaceful. The free cakes were a lovely treat and in total it was a really memorable trip because of the hotel.

Clean room, with some space. Good amenities. Food was good, free buffet at reception. Good breakfast as well. No need to worry about being a love hotel, it has only the name.

*It was the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel. *Room was beautifully decorated, specious, clean and quiet. Bathroom was large with message bath and great shower. *Breakfast was simple but of good quality. Free desserts buffet was certainly a bonus. It was tasty with many choices. *Cooked foods with quality and reasonable price could be ordered the whole day until 23:30. This was definitely a kind of customer friendly service. *Several good restaurants within walking distance were near the hotel. *Convenient location to Fukuoka Airport and town center if you have a car. *Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were ready to help promptly once you called them. The heating of our room stopped in the first midnight because of our unproper use of the remote control. However, the problem was resolved quickly after the intervention of the male hotel staff who came to help immediately after we phoned him.

*Although our room was a little bit smaller than the photo shown on Booking.com, it was quiet, clean and cozy. Bathroom was spacious with powered shower. *Breakfast was simple but of good quality. Free sweets buffet was tasty with many choices. *Cooked foods with quality and reasonable price could be ordered the whole day until 23:30, so you could stay at the hotel for rest the whole day without going out. This was definitely a kind of customer friendly service. *Convenient location to Fukuoka Airport and town center if you have a car. *Hotel staff were very helpful. They would come out to give help quickly if you called them.

“Clean and comfy love hotel”

Amazing food and service, even though we don’t speak Japanese there was such good communication. We ordered from VOD menu, delicious, and the free desserts were all night long. Loved it!

- The concept of the hotel was new to me. - The room was big & spacious. - Near Fukuoka airport (7 minutes drive).

Even though we were using google translate to communicate, the staff really went above and beyond what is "just" a love hotel, turning it into a full hotel-like stay.
