“value for the spa if you into it, otherwise its a hostel style capsule hotel”
ITs a capsule hotel so I am looking for cheap accomodation What I like: - 24/7 bathroom with spa and sauna - the breakfast provided is a full meal (for a 3000yen stay the breakfast actually worth 1000yen RRP) - the lobby area can work and chill if you don't want to stay at the capsule - location is perfect, 5-10 minutes walk to JR/Hakata train station

The price is very reasonable, and I loved that they offered breakfast and a spa. The location is perfect—right next to both the train and bus stations, making it super convenient to get around.

“Very pleasant”
Breakfast was good. Location is great, very well served by public transport. Nice relaxing reading areas. Once checked out, you are not hurried out.

“Better than I expected, but”
Good location. I stayed in a room with a bathroom at a Toyoko hotel when I arrived in Fukuoka and with breakfast this was cheaper than the Hearts capsule hotel. Also, I had to spend another 1400 Yen to use a large storage locker overnight which made my stay at the Capsule 2200 Yen more expensive than the Toyoko room.

“Let's try a capsule hotel”
First time in a capsule hotel! Glad I did it, it was an experience, as well as being affordable, and only two blocks walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful, and having a hot bath and sauna were a definite plus.

“Interesting experience”
It was good to have a capsule hostel experience and the location was great for getting to the airport / train station. Great to have the onsen experience too. Although as a foreigner, this wasn’t explained to me (luckily I knew the etiquette from previous stays but others may not have).
