All the staff were amazingly attentive to my needs. I checked in past midnight since I came all the from Narita airport. I was worried the front door would be locked and I have to wake up the front staff but to my surprise he was actually there expecting me to arrive. Gave me a towel since I was wet from the slight rain that night.

They went above and beyond for me. I forgot clothes at their hotel. We exchanged about 15 emails before I could give them an adress to send to clothes to. Mind you, this is after I stayed and payed, so they truly are exceptional.

The hotel is situated next to 24 hour Lawson, making it convenient. Furthermore, the hotel is equipped with good facilities like luggage racks, luggages, lounges and a mini kitchen to heat up the food from Lawson. Moreover, the staff was really nice and tried to help in every possible way - initially asked them to help me book a taxi to the Fujikyu Highland bus station but they told me taxis are rare in the area and showed how to take a shortcut to the bus station, which is a route that shown on Google Maps. The staff also took me to bed and showed me all the facilities.
