Located a 10-minute drive away from Lake Kawaguchi, Kawaguchiko Country Cottage Ban boasts a great view of Mt. Fuji and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. “Lovely and fantastic place to spend your Mount Fuji adventure, driving around adds value to all.”
Likes are mostly the sights and sounds of the amazing Mount Fuji and its surrounding areas. there are a lot of privacy between the cabins. not much interactions with the staff, however, they are helpful when you needed them. and breakfast is served to the room, thus lesser chance to review the service.

“A little rustic stay. Bath was great.”
The property is about ten minutes from the centre of Fujikawaguchiko in a quiet location. We had a car, which made getting into town and about very easy. The property has a shuttle bus but we did not use it and can't comment on it. We liked the position of our cottage and the private outdoor bath. Also enjoyed having a BBQ every night that we were there.

“Jaw dropping view of Mt Fuji! 🏔️”
Amazing views from our cottage over the lake and Mt Fuji. Comfortable, spacious lodgings with great kitchen facilities. We also really enjoyed renting the equipment to have a BBQ in our own private outdoor shelter. Magical to sit on the balcony looking at the view, listening to the local bird life. Fantastic stay. Thank you ☺️

Amazing hillside spot, with views of Fuji (weather permitting) and Kawaguchi. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. Breakfast was simple and yummy.

Fantastic views over the lake towards Mt Fuji. Great location if you have a car. Spacious rooms with lovely balconies. The private outdoor bath room was worth it.

“The views to Mt Fuji were lovely from our apartment balcony.”
Our balcony overlooking Mt Fuji was the highlight. Large unit with a fairly well equipped kitchen. We had a car so the location was ok for us - very peaceful and quiet. The sento was small but had good jets creating vigorous bubbles which were relaxing to lie in.

The location of the property and view from the verandah was superb. The property had 2 bathrooms and generally was quite big. Open air bath was great.

“A Dream Stay with Unbeatable Mount Fuji Views”
Staying at this cabin in front of Mount Fuji is a dream come true. It has everything you need for a long-term stay, plus a touch of luxury with the terrace sauna. The loft is impressive and thoughtfully designed for every need. You have the option to host a BBQ, order food from reception, or bring and prepare your own meals. Plus, you can enjoy the view of the mountain from your window or explore the various hiking trails in the area. The area is quiet, making it very easy to disconnect and unwind.

“Great property! Would definitely recommend”
I loved the sauna, heated floors of our room. Unfortunately we arrived a little late to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji and the following day the weather was terrible. However, amazing property. They deliver your bags to your room as it is a bit of a way away and on a hill. All the staff are extremely nice. They also offer 3x shuttle buses in the AM and 2x return shuttle buses in the afternoon/evening - just have to book the day prior. It is a little far from Kawaguchiko Station though. Would definitely recommend staying here.
